Small party trailers rent for $125 per week, and large party trailers rent for $145 per week. (these rental prices are for the trailer only, with the seperate purchase of ice)
The cost of the ice is dependant on quantity with a 1,000 pound minimum.
To rent a party trailer, without the purchase of ice, rental costs will be as follows:
Small Party Trailer: $75/$195/$475
Large Party Trailer: $90/$275/$675
(100 bag minimum on 5 x 9 rental)
(The above prices are on a daily/weekly/monthly basis)
If you're looking to rent a reefer trailer to hold ice for your next event, rental will cost $150 per day, $570 per week, or $1900 per month.
This price is for the rental of the trailers alone, without the purchase of our ice products.
If you would like to purchase ice, as well as rent a reefer trailer, there is a 8 pallet minimum on ice (960, 16# bags). The rental fee's will be waived for 1 week and you will be charged the cost of the ice + fuel.
Need a large amount of ice in a small amount of time? With Hot-Shot Delilveries, now that is possible. There is a 1000 pound minimum on ice for unscheduled, or hot-shot deliveries.
The cost of the ice is dependant on the quantity purchased.
*Hot-Shot Deliveries usually arrive within 1-2 hours of ordering, depending on distance from our facility.

We can cover that too! We have routes that encompass a good part of South Central Texas- the following map is an examle of our Route Service Area. Any area within the markers will have a routed delivery truck in the area on a regular basis.
